INTRODUCTION
This Cookie Policy explains how DES_PHEMMES| OASI S.R.L., with legal offices in Via Cadore 32, 20135 Milano (MI), Italy - P.IVA: 13125720964 (the "Data Controller", "we", "us") uses cookies and other tracking tools on this website (the "Site"). It is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree No 196/2003 (the "Privacy Code"), and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority as of 10 June 2021 (the "Garante Guidelines").
For full information on how we process your personal data, including your rights, international data transfers, retention periods, and the identity of the Data Controller, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are, as a rule, text strings that the websites visited by the user (so-called "publisher" or "first party" websites) or else different websites or web servers (so-called "third parties") place and store within a terminal device in the user's possession - whether directly, as is the case with publisher websites, or indirectly, through the intermediation of the publisher websites, as is the case with "third parties".
Software for browsing the internet and operating these devices can store cookies and then transmit them back to the sites that generated them on the occasion of a subsequent visit by the user, thus keeping track of that user's previous interaction with one or more websites.
Information encoded in cookies may include personal data, such as an IP address, a username, a unique identifier or an email address, but it may also include non-personal data such as language settings or information on the type of device a person is using to navigate within the website.
2. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES USED ON THIS SITE
The applicable law envisages ultimately two broad categories: technical cookies, used solely for the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user; and profiling cookies, used to trace specific actions or recurring behavioural patterns back to identified or identifiable individuals for the purpose of sending targeted advertising or providing increasingly customised services.

  • 2.1 Technical and session cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function correctly. They enable users to navigate between pages and use the services provided. Without these cookies, the Site cannot operate as intended. Their use falls within the scope of a legally permitted exemption from the obligation to obtain the user's consent; accordingly, no prior consent is required for their installation.
  • 2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies allow the Site to remember choices made by the user (such as preferred language or region) in order to provide enhanced, personalised features. As they are not strictly necessary for the delivery of the service, they may only be used after obtaining the user's informed consent. Under no circumstances may the controller's legitimate interest be invoked to justify the use of these cookies.
  • 2.3 Analytics cookies (third-party)
Analytics cookies are used to collect aggregate statistical information about how the Site is used. Where analytics cookies are used by third parties, data minimisation measures must be applied to significantly reduce their identification potential. In order for analytics cookies to be treated on a par with technical cookies, it is essential to prevent direct identification - i.e., singling out - of the user through their use. The use of analytics cookies must be limited solely to the production of aggregate statistics and in relation to the individual Site, so as not to allow tracking of a person's navigation across different websites or applications.
Where such minimisation measures are in place (including IP address masking), analytics cookies are used without prior consent. Where they are not, prior consent is required.
  • 2.4 Third-party social media cookies (Instagram and TikTok)
The Site integrates widgets from Instagram and TikTok. These platforms may independently install cookies on the user's device when the user interacts with those elements. These cookies are subject to the privacy and cookie policies of those platforms respectively:
  • Instagram / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/
  • TikTok Technology Limited: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy/it-IT
These cookies require your prior consent.

4. CONSENT MANAGEMENT (Consentmo)
By default, upon first access to the Site, no cookies or tools other than technical ones are placed on the user's device, and no other active or passive tracking technique is used.
When you first visit the Site, a consent banner powered by Consentmo is displayed. The banner is designed in accordance with the Garante Guidelines and operates as follows:

  • It contains an "X" command positioned at the top right of the banner. Clicking "X" closes the banner and allows the user to continue browsing without cookies or tracking tools other than technical ones, retaining the default settings, without having to access any other area or page.
  • All possible granular choices are initially pre-set to refuse the storage of cookies, so that the user can only opt in - i.e., actively accept cookies, whether in full or selectively by category.
  • It contains a button to accept all non-technical cookies.
  • It contains a link to a dedicated area where the user can make granular choices by category of cookie and by individual third party. The list of third parties in that area is kept constantly up to date.
  • All commands and characters in the banner are of equal size, emphasis and colour and are equally easy to view and use, so that users are not influenced by design choices that lead them to prefer one option over another.
Consent will only be considered validly given if it is the result of an affirmative, conscious action by the user, appropriately identifiable and demonstrable, so that it can be qualified as free, informed, unambiguous and specific - i.e., expressed in relation to each different purpose of the processing.
Where a user retains the default settings or has only consented to certain cookies, this choice will be recorded and consent will not be solicited again, unless: (i) one or more circumstances of the processing change significantly; (ii) the user clears cookies from their device; or (iii) at least six months have elapsed since the banner was last presented.
    5. MODIFYING OR WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
Users may modify their choices - whether by granting previously withheld consent or by withdrawing previously granted consent - at any time, easily and intuitively, through the dedicated area accessible via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the Site.
You may also manage, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for the main browsers are available at the following links:
  • Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the correct functioning of the Site or degrade your browsing experience.
    6. REDIRECTION TO EXTERNAL PLATFORMS (THE "SHOP" BUTTON)
The "Shop" button in the Site's main menu acts as an external link. Upon clicking it, the user is redirected to an independently managed e-commerce platform. We are not responsible for the cookie management or privacy practices of the destination platform. Users are encouraged to review the cookie policy and privacy policy of that platform.
    7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Certain third-party service providers whose cookies operate on this Site are established outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data collected through those cookies may accordingly be transferred to third countries in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
